Yes, you can only book with us from Saturday to Saturday. In the low season it is possible to deviate from this.
No, you cannot bring your pet to our villa.
Rates for the rental can be found under "rates" where you simply indicate the period when you wish to come. There you enter the number of people (babies are free, but as soon as a child sleeps in its own bed, it is considered a person). A rate consists of a fixed amount which depends on the season. In addition, you pay a fixed amount (€60) per week for electricity, as well as for the mandatory final cleaning (€95). The obligatory linen package (bed linen and extensive towel package) is €15 per person per week. Of course you can send us an email (info@villaazuro.com) to make a request.
Babies are free (up to 24 months) and toddlers and children are counted as full participants once they sleep in their own bed.
The deposit is € 500,- and must be paid to us before arrival by bank transfer. On your departure day, our local manager will come by to check the villa and after approval you will receive the deposit back in your bank account or cash within a week.
You will receive a confirmation from us by email with the amount of the deposit and our bank details. As soon as we have received the deposit, we will confirm this to you. You will then receive information about rental car and route.
After you have submitted an application to us, you will receive an extensive email from us with a quote. You can then decide to make a reservation. You can do this easily by sending an email. Please include your address details as well as a mobile phone number. As soon as we have received this, we will send you a confirmation by email. You then have 10 days to transfer the 30% deposit to us. As soon as we have received this, we will send you a confirmation as well as more information. The remaining 70% must be paid 8 weeks before your arrival in Spain.
After we have received your full payment, you will receive a new confirmation from us. This contains an appendix with an extensive route description to the villa and further information.
Yes. As soon as you have made the payment to us, you will receive the contact details of our local manager Vanessa (speaks English, Turkish and Dutch). She can help you with a rental car.
You must pay 30% of the total travel sum upon reservation. The remaining 70% must be paid 8 weeks before your departure. You must also have paid the deposit of € 500 two weeks before arrival. Payments are made exclusively by bank.
You can fly directly to Bodrum (BJV). Flight time is around 3 hours and 15 minutes.
You can fly directly from Amsterdam to Bodrum with Corendon Airlines. Of course you can't fly directly (e.g. via Istanbul) so you may be able to come to a lower rate.
Bodrum International Airport (BJV). It is about 50 min. drive from the villa.
You can contact our manager Vanessa yourself after we have received your payment.
We have a Dutch, English and Turkish speaking local manager (Vanesa). She is available 24 hours for emergencies. You will receive her mobile number on the confirmation.
In principle, Vanessa will hand over the key to you upon arrival. If this is not possible for whatever reason, there will be telephone consultation between the tenant and Vanessa.

Yes, there is a kitchen towel and tea towel available in your villa.
No, there is no safe available.
No, you have paid for the final cleaning. However, you must leave the villa in a decent condition. You must leave the refrigerator empty. You must dispose of household waste yourself in the appropriate municipal waste containers (at the bottom of the road).
In addition to bed linen, the linen package also includes a large and small towel for showering and a bath towel for the pool.

The villa has a high chair, children's bath as well as two camping beds.
Yes, you can occupy the villa from 3 p.m. on your arrival day. On your day of departure, you must check out by 10:00 am at the latest. If you have any questions about this, we recommend that you contact our manager Vanessa.
There is both a Nespresso machine and a Turkish coffee machine.
