Yes, you can only book with us from Saturday to Saturday. In the low season it is possible to deviate from this.
No, you cannot bring your pet to our villas.
Rates for the rental can be found under "rates" where you simply indicate the period when you wish to come. There you enter the number of people (babies are free, but as soon as a child sleeps in its own bed, it is considered a person). You can also indicate whether you want a heated swimming pool (surcharge € 150 per week). A rate consists of a fixed amount which depends on the season. In addition, you pay a fixed amount (€60) per week for electricity, as well as for the mandatory final cleaning (€168). The obligatory linen package (bed linen and extensive towel package) is €15 per person per week. Of course you can send us an email (info@villaazuro.com) to make a request.
Babies are free (up to 24 months) and toddlers and children are counted as full participants once they sleep in their own bed.
The deposit is € 1000,- and must be paid to us by bank before arrival. On your departure day, our local manager will come by to check the villa and after approval you will receive the deposit back in your bank account within a week.
You will receive a confirmation from us by email with the amount of the deposit and our bank details. As soon as we have received the deposit, we will confirm this to you. You will then receive information about, among other things, rental car and route.
After you have submitted an application to us, you will receive an extensive email from us with a quote. You can then decide to make a reservation. You can do this easily by sending an email. Please include your address details as well as a mobile phone number. As soon as we have received this, we will send you a confirmation by email. You then have 10 days to transfer the 30% deposit to us. As soon as we have received this, we will send you a confirmation as well as more information. The remaining 70% must be paid 8 weeks before your arrival in Spain.
After we have received your full payment, you will receive a new confirmation from us. This contains an appendix with an extensive route description to the villa and further information.
No. We always rent for ourselves at Record Go, but there are several providers at the airport of Alicante or Valencia. Please note that the provider actually has an office at the airport itself and not that you first have to take a shuttle bus to their office outside the airport area to pick up the rental car. Usually takes a lot of time.
You must pay 30% of the total travel sum upon reservation. The remaining 70% must be paid 8 weeks before your departure. Furthermore, you must have paid the deposit of € 1000 two weeks before arrival. Payments are made exclusively by bank.
You can fly direct to Alicante from several cities. Flight time is around 2 hours and 15 minutes.
Our villa is located almost between Alicante and Valencia. (travel time from Valencia is approximately 1 hour 15 minutes and from Alicante an hour), so there is a huge choice of flights. Experience shows that Transavia and Easyjet provide the best rates. It is also worth comparing the rates of the place of departure.

We cannot offer you this service. It is worthwhile to compare the prices of the multiple rental providers in advance. We usually rent from Record Go ourselves.
We have an English speaking local manager (Shane). He is available 24 hours for emergencies. You will receive his mobile number on the confirmation.
In principle, the key is in the key box. You will receive the code from us before departure. But it is also possible that our local manager will meet you at the villa on arrival.

No, you have paid for the final cleaning. However, you must leave the villa in a decent condition. You must dispose of household waste yourself in the appropriate municipal waste containers.
In addition to bed linen, the linen package also includes a large and small towel for showering and a bath towel for the pool.

Yes, you can occupy the villa from 4 p.m. on your arrival day. On your day of departure, you must check out by 10:00 am at the latest. If you have any questions about this, we recommend that you contact our manager Shane.
