1. Apply

  • Are children, toddlers and babies counted as full participants?
    Babies are free (up to 24 months) and toddlers and children are counted as full participants.
  • Can I bring my pet?
    No, you can not bring your pet to our villas.
  • Can I only book from Saturday to Saturday?
    Yes, you can only from Saturday to Saturday reservations with us. In the low season it may be possible to deviate from here.
  • How can I make a request?
    You send an email to info@villaazuro.com, mentioning the week (s) you want to come and the number of persons. You will receive an answer within 24 hours. Please note that Saturday is always our AC-day
  • How can I see if there is availability?
    Unfortunately you can not see it myself. Villa Azuro has several villas and if we show availability, it is not easy for you to see what similar villas still available for your preferred week (s).
  • What does it cost to rent a villa?
    Rates for renting can be found on our website www.VillaAzuro.com A tariff consists of a fixed amount which depends on the season. We have rates A, B, C, D and E. This is a rate based on a week (alternating-day is always Saturday). You pay a fixed amount for electricity (€ 60, -) per week as well as the final cleaning (depending on the villa). The mandatory linen package (bedding and towels extensive package) is € 15, - per person per week. This comes after last at. Of course you can just send us an email (info@villaazuro.com) to make a request.

2. Booking

  • Can I book a rental car through you?
    Yes, you can. We offer several rental cars (depending on the number of passengers). This may be waiting for you upon your arrival at the airport. A transfer from the airport to the villa is also possible. Both services allow you to organize yourself by contacting our local manager. Data on this we provide you after we have received the deposit.
  • How can I book?
    After you have made an application to us, you will receive a detailed email with quotation. This you can decide to make a reservation. This is easily done by sending an email. Gladly concede your address as well as a mobile phone. Once we receive it, we will send you an email confirmation. You will then have 10 days to make the 30% deposit to us. Once we receive this, this we will send you another confirmation as well as further information. The remaining 70% must be paid 8 weeks before your arrival in Turkey.
  • How do I get a route description to the house?
    After we receive your full payment, we will send you a link to our website for a detailed route description to your villa on. You can print out yourself. Please note that each villa has its own route description.
  • How is the process after booking?
    You will receive a confirmation email containing the amount of the down payment and our bank details. Once we receive the deposit, we will confirm this to you. You will then receive information about rental, transfer and visa.
  • How much is the deposit and when can I pay for this?
    The deposit is € 500, - and must be paid in cash at the first meeting with our local manager. On your departure comes along our local manager to check the villa and after approval you will receive the deposit back in cash back.
  • When should I pay?
    You must pay 30% of the total amount when booking. The remaining 70% must be paid 8 weeks before your departure. Payments shall be made by bank.

3. Travel to Villa Azuro

  • What are the options for rental or transfer?
    We can arrange both a rental car and transfer. If you want a car or transfer through us, please take contact with our local manager after making your reservation. A rental car can be ready at the airport upon arrival or you can opt for a transfer and then to have the car delivered to the villa (same day or one day later). At the end of your holiday you can agree whether to transfer or hand-delivers the car at the airport. Rates we provide you with the application by email.
  • What is the nearest airport?
    Bodrum International Airport located in Milas. The international code of this airport is BJV.

4. Staying at Villa Azuro

  • Are there facilities for my baby?
    Each villa is a chair as well as a cot. If you book a rental car through us we will give you (if available) free of charge for a chair in the car.
  • Are there set times for checking in-and-out?
    Yes, from 15:00 PM you can involve the villa on your arrival. On your departure must look to check out 10:00 AM.
  • Do we have to clean the house before departure?
    No, you have paid for the final cleaning. However, you must leave the villa in decent condition. Garbage guests need to remove in the appropriate containers.
  • Do you have a safe?
    Yes, in all villas we do have a safe.
  • If there are problems, who can I reach it?
    We have a Dutch/English/Turkish speaking local manager. She is for emergencies 24 hours a day.
  • Is there a BBQ in the villa?
    Yes, there is present in all villas BBQ.
  • Is there a kitchen towel and tea towel provided?
    Yes, there is a kitchen towel and tea towel provided in your villa.
  • Is there someone on your arrival to hand over the key?
    Yes, our local manager will meet you on arrival at the villa. If this is outside office hours, someone else will you hand over the key and the local manager will be the next business day visit you to explain some things about the villa.
  • When my flight arrive earlier or leave later?
    This happens often. We encourage you to get in contact by telephone with our local manager (Dutch speaking) upon arrival in Turkey. You just drive to Gundogan (according to the route description you previously downloaded from our website) and goes to the villa where you drop all your luggage. Then go to a local restaurant by the sea (our manager has passed on to you) where you can already eat, drink, swim etc. Once the villa is available, our manager will call you and you can come to the villa. There's someone waiting for you with the key.
  • Where can I spot report a complaint?
    Any complaints during your stay notifies you as soon as possible to our local manager so they can find a suitable solution.
  • Where there is a linen package from?
    The linen package consists not only of bedding also from a large and small towel for showering and a towel for the pool. This set is replaced every week if you have booked several weeks.
  • Who can help me with booking a tourist attraction?
    Would you like eg. Rent a boat or visit a Hamman, please contact our local manager. Her phone number you will receive once you have made a reservation with us.
